You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will E-mail you a pre-paid return label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return labels can be only be sent to US orders.
Shipping costs for standard returns will need to be paid and shipped by the customer. For your convenience, we can also E-mail you pre-paid shipping label and deduct the actual shipping cost from the return (US orders only)
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 business days of the order being delivered; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time to process the return and credit your original payment method.
If you need to return an item, simply login to Your Account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
