If you get the error message "Unable to Connect to VIM", its possible the VIM (interface cable) selected within techstream is incorrect. On the bottom left of the screen, does it say VIM - XHorse - MVCI? If not, it will need to be selected.
- Go to [Setup] on the top menu, then [VIM Select]. Use the pull down menu to select [XHorse - MVCI] then OK.
- Then go to [Connect to Vehicle] to test the connection to the car.
