There is no way to say for sure that it will adjust the odometer on your 2012 Ford Territory. It is compatible with many ford vehicles, but when I checked the list of compatible ford models for the dashboard, Territory is not listed.
We would need to know which Ford model that is similar to the Territory, specifically the Dashboard/instrument cluster.
The Ford Territory is Australian made and shares similar parts to the Falcon, except the SUV body and 4WD drivetrain.
At this time, the only way would be to test it on the actual car.
